The extension
Hide post: hiding one post for the session
Hide post collapses a post into a one-line card until you close the browser. It is free and entirely local.
Updated
What it does
Choose Hide post in the card and the post collapses into a small white card reading "Squashed an AI post · show". Click show to bring it back.
The extension remembers the hidden post by a hash of its content in the browser's session storage, so it stays hidden while you scroll, when the feed recycles the element, and if the same post appears again on another page, until the browser closes. Nothing is sent to our API; hiding is local.
What it does not do
- It does not delete, report or mute anything on the site. Only your browser's display changes.
- It does not persist across browser restarts. For permanent rules see Always hide this account and Auto-hide, both Pro.
- It does not affect other devices.
Clearing hidden posts
Close the browser, or open the extension options and choose Clear cache, which clears the session memo of verdicts and hidden posts for every tab.
