What we host, and what we do not

The extension displays verdicts about content hosted on third-party sites. We do not host that content; notices about a post or image itself should go to the site that hosts it. What we do hold is the verdict cache, which can contain the source URL of an image, and creator profile pages.

If you believe material accessible through the service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent:

Include: your physical or electronic signature (or that of someone authorised to act for the owner); identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the infringing material and enough information to locate it; your contact details; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorised to act. Counter-notices under section 512(g) go to the same address. We terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

A cache entry that identifies you

Verdict cache entries hold no user data, but an image source URL can occasionally identify a person, for example a profile-picture URL containing a username. Email privacy@slopsquash.com with the URL and support staff can purge the entry. You cannot require removal of a verdict merely because you requested the recheck.
