Change your name, email or billing details

Billing email and payment method

Open your account page, choose Manage billing, and update them in the Stripe customer portal. Receipts go to the billing email. This is available once you have made a purchase.

Account email and name

There is no self-service form for these yet. Email privacy@slopsquash.com from the address currently on the account, say what you want changed, and we will confirm by reply before making the change. A new account email must be verified before checkout or the creator program will accept it.

Payout email (creators)

The address for commission and payout notices is set on the creator application. To change it, email creators@slopsquash.com from the address on your account. Money is never sent to that address; payouts go to your Stripe connected account.

Provider details

The name and avatar a provider shared are not updated automatically after sign-in. Changing them at the provider does not change your Slop Squash name; ask us as above.

What you can see

Your account page shows the email on the account and whether it is verified, your role, your plan, your membership date and your creator status.
