Switch from monthly to lifetime

Steps

1. Open your account page. While a monthly subscription is active the plan panel offers Switch to lifetime for $39.
2. Complete the Stripe checkout. Lifetime takes effect as soon as the payment completes, and the plan shows as Pro lifetime.
3. Cancel the monthly subscription so it does not renew: Cancel subscription on the same page. It ends at the close of the current period. Lifetime already covers you, so nothing is lost.

Entitlement is decided in this order: lifetime, then an active subscription, then a staff grant. Once you hold Lifetime, the monthly plan no longer matters for access, only for billing.

Things to know

• Buying monthly while you already have an active monthly subscription is refused ("You already have an active Pro subscription"), and buying either plan while you hold Lifetime is refused. Buying Lifetime while on monthly is allowed.
• The referral discount does not apply to Lifetime.
• We do not credit the remainder of a monthly period against the Lifetime price. The 14-day guarantee applies to your first Pro purchase only.
