That email already has an account
The address a provider shared, or one you typed after X or Instagram sign-in, already belongs to an account. Sign in the way you did before.

What happened
You signed in with a provider, and the email address it shared (or the one you typed after an X or Instagram sign-in) is already the address of an existing account that was created another way, for example with a password or with a different provider. To avoid handing that account to whoever controls a provider login, the sign-in stops.
What to do
Sign in the way that account was created: with your password on the sign-in page, or with the provider you used the first time. If you have forgotten the password, reset it.
Linking a second sign-in method to an existing account is not yet something you can do yourself from the account page. If you want a provider attached to an existing account, email support@slopsquash.com from the address on the account.
If you did not create that account
Email support@slopsquash.com from the address in question. We will verify you control it before doing anything.
