Delete your account

Immediate, from the account page, confirmed with your password or by typing your email. Subscriptions are cancelled, Lifetime is forfeited, and tax records are kept anonymised.

Steps

  1. Open your account page and scroll to Delete account.
  2. Expand "What gets deleted, and what does not" to review it.
  3. Confirm with your current password. Accounts that only sign in with Google, GitHub, X, Twitch or Instagram confirm by typing the account's email address instead.
  4. Choose Delete my account permanently. Deletion happens at once and you are signed out everywhere.

If you cannot sign in, email privacy@slopsquash.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account"; we confirm by reply and complete it within 30 days.

Deleted now

Your account record, every website session and extension token, provider sign-in links, pending email tokens, your community reports (tallies are recomputed without them), your connected creator channels and websites, and your creator application and link.

Any active Pro monthly subscription is cancelled immediately, with no refund for the rest of the period except under the 14-day guarantee. Pro Lifetime is permanently forfeited.

Kept

  • Commission and payout records, for seven years under tax law, with your user id replaced by an opaque reference.
  • Billing and purchase records for seven years. Your Stripe customer record stays with Stripe under its policy; we can ask Stripe to delete it where the law allows.
  • Admin audit entries that reference actions on your account (action, target id, staff identity, not your data).
  • Request logs containing your IP address, which expire within 30 days on their normal schedule.

Unaffected

Cached verdicts. They are keyed by content hash and hold nothing about you. If an image source URL in the cache identifies you, tell privacy@slopsquash.com and we will purge it.

Things deletion does not do

  • It does not revoke the authorisation recorded at Google, GitHub, Twitch, X or Instagram; remove Slop Squash there yourself. We hold no token that could use it.
  • It does not close a Stripe Connect account you set up for creator payouts; that relationship is between you and Stripe.
  • It does not delete the extension's local storage in your browser; uninstall the extension or clear its storage.
  • A DNS record, meta tag or file you placed to verify a website stays until you remove it.
