Leaving the program, suspension and termination

Leaving

Email creators@slopsquash.com from the address on your account. We deactivate your link and code and pay any approved commission that reaches the $20 minimum to your Stripe connected account within 90 days, subject to the normal hold and payout rules (and to the 12-month forfeiture rule if you never completed Stripe onboarding). Leaving does not close your Stripe account; that is between you and Stripe.

Suspension and termination by us

We may suspend or terminate participation immediately, with notice, if you breach the program terms or the terms of service, misrepresent a connected channel, no longer control any channel on your application, do not complete a re-verification we ask for, harm our reputation with your promotions, have your account suspended, or if the law requires it. Commissions earned in breach are forfeited; commissions earned in compliance before termination are paid under the normal schedule.

We may also end anyone's participation without cause on 30 days' notice, in which case approved commissions, and pending ones that become approved during the notice period, are paid.

Automatic deactivations

• A refund rate above 30% of your qualifying sales over a rolling 90 days deactivates your link automatically and flags the account for review.
• A code with no purchases for 30 days is switched off; see Code deactivation and reactivation.

After you leave

Stop using the Slop Squash name and logo, remove or disable your link and code from your content within 14 days, and stop presenting yourself as a creator.

Deleting your account instead

Deleting your Slop Squash account deletes the application, link, channels and code at once. Financial records of conversions and payouts are kept for seven years for tax purposes with your identity replaced by an opaque id. See Delete your account.
