The referral discount at checkout

Who qualifies

• You created your account after visiting a creator's link (slopsquash.com/r/<name>) with the referral cookie still present, within 30 days of the visit, or you enter a creator's code at checkout.
• The account has never paid us before.
• You are buying Pro monthly. The discount is 30% off the first payment only.

Attribution is first-touch: the first creator whose link or code you use wins, and existing accounts cannot be attributed later.

How it is applied

If you are eligible, the coupon is applied automatically at checkout; the account page says "A discount will be applied to your first month of Pro monthly" beforehand. When no link discount is pending, monthly checkout shows a promotion code field where a creator code can be typed. Codes are restricted to first-time customers and cannot be combined with the link discount.

The cookie and consent

Visiting a creator link sets a sv_ref cookie on slopsquash.com for 30 days. Where the law requires consent for it, the landing page asks first; decline and the discount is not applied by the link, though the page shows the creator's code, when they have one, so you can type it instead. What it does not cover

Pro Lifetime, renewals, and accounts that have paid before. A discount obtained through self-referral or other abuse can be cancelled.
