The extension is disabled on a site
The popup's Scan this site switch, your allow and deny lists, the global switch, the built-in exclusion of slopsquash.com, and browser-level site access all decide it.

Inside Slop Squash
Open the popup on the site.
- Extension enabled is the global switch. Off means off everywhere.
- Scan this site is the per-site switch. It shows the hostname it applies to. Switching it on overrides the lists below for that site.
- In Options, check the Deny list (domains never scanned) and the Allow list (when it has entries, only those domains are scanned). A subdomain matches its parent entry.
- slopsquash.com and its subdomains are never scanned and cannot be enabled; the popup says so.
In the browser
Browsers can restrict an extension's site access.
- Chrome and Chromium browsers. On the extensions page open Slop Squash's details and check Site access. "On all sites" is needed for flags everywhere; "On click" means the extension only runs after you click its icon on a page. Also check the extension is not disabled or blocked by a policy.
- Firefox. In
about:addons, open the extension's Permissions tab and confirm site access, and under Run in Private Windows allow it if you want flags there. - Incognito or private windows need explicit permission in both browsers.
Still nothing
Reload the page after changing any of these. If the popup shows a site as enabled and circles never appear, continue with The circle is not appearing.
